It works!!
Usually when I get a molex Im afraid it is going to melt because usually they are made cheaply. But this one didn't and have no issue with them. I was able to hook up many fans to my pc.

Great value, just what I needed to add more fans
This was just what I needed to add two more fans to my home server. Note that this only provides a constant 12V to the fans, so there is no control of fan speed or feedback to the system on fan RPM. This is simple and really gets the job done at a great price!

Works Fine
I had to buy this because the replacement fan I bought did not come with a molex connector. I thought the wires were a tad on the flimsy side and the price a bit high--but you do get two cable sets, which is one too many if you only need one. Anyway, the moral of the story is check the fan's description to make sure it's equipped with the connector you need. Then you won't need this adapter.

Pins were loose which made it hard to plug in
The product works as advertised however the wireswere loose which cause the pins to not line up correctly and that made it hard to connect to the psu power wire.

Does exactly what is described - allows you to connect a 3 or 4-pin fan to a Molex connector
This adaptor cable passes +12v and ground connection from the Molex cable. This is great for powering 4-pin case fans that might draw too much current to be connected to motherboard headers. Another use is running a case fan at full speed vs. having the motherboard alter it's speed, which is how I'm using it. The cable is nice and flexible. It's a pain to get the Molex connector connected to another Molex, but ALL Molex connectors are lousy and I only use them when I have to. I recommend this product.

Used it for an orignal xbox.
I have a modified orignal xbox and this molex splitter made it much easier to tap my 2 fans into the 12v power of the console rather than just solder another pin header into an already 20yr old console. Good length too. I was more impressed by the molex connector itself actually having some rigidity on the pins where rather most of the tike their just loosely in there and you have to fight it to get them to line up.Overall quite nice for what is. Saved me alot of time from making my own.
