A classic that’s slightly over priced
One of my personal favorite snacks! obviously not the healthiest and unfortunately on the pricey side. Eventually you’re gonna buy something you want that’s a little bit expensive but that’s the trade. Something you want for something you want even more.Ideally instead of having them individually wrapped I would’ve preferred to have the largest set which there’s three in each pack. Usually I would go to my local deli or store and pick up several packs and occasionally I would ask the store clerk to order an extra box or two for me and I would pay him directly essentially supporting a local business and usually getting a much better price all at the same time. With everything changing these days I think it’s imperative to help support local businesses that are struggling because of the pandemic and most of all now due to inflation and rising costs on every single item they buy just like we have to pay for every single item at the grocery store it only makes sense to help everyone help each other. I’m sure no one wants to see one of their favorite local stores / deli’s /shops close down just because we prefer convenience. Also it gives us the opportunity to interact with members of our community as opposed to staring at a screen ordering something and jumping right back onto Netflix.Regardless not every single item is going to be in stock every single time you want it. Unfortunately there was a delay in my shipment so I decided to order it online but for the future I will continue to order directly from a local store just because there’s toys they convenience there with Price and say hello to a friend that was pivotal in the community during the pandemic providing police officers, volunteer firefighters and village workers food for breakfast lunch and occasionally dinner when everyone else was closed or if their houses were too far for them to go to and come back to from work on their lunch break .

It's a trick?
Cake's came smashed, when delivered! They are 1/6 the size of the original cakes? I mean a little bit bigger than your thumb? No kidding, I'm telling the truth! Do not buy these cakes, they're a lot smaller than original, no cream in the middle, a bit dry and you mat get two smashed boxes like I did? The sort boxes were placed in a sealed grey plastic bag. not protection and was smashed like pan cakes? I was told afterwards, no returns or refunds? You be the Judge!

Tasty snack
These are tasty in either flavor, chocolate or vanilla. But have they shrunk in size over the past 6-12 months?

YAY!
I am very sorry to hear that these are no longer being made. What a shame and the entire Hostess company going under is a tragedy. What's happening to our childhoods?Glad you had 2 left. Thanks!

Not the Same as Before.
As others have mentioned, I loved these as a child. I would occasionally buy them as an adult. However, since the 'comeback' the Zingers are smaller and have less flavor and less creme filling. In other words, they kind of suck. I think the new Hostess is trying to save money or maybe they view Zingers as unnecessary. Whatever the reason, these are now supremely disappointing even though they still taste similar to the old product. Not a total disaster but clearly the original Zingers are now gone and Hostess is just half-assing their 'comeback' so forget them.

a bit too expensive
I realized that the Zingers were far more expensive than I could have purchased elsewhere. In addition, they were not as fresh as they should have been.
