Light, easy thorough cleanup, even cooking, heat quickly, fluffy eggs and omelets, nicely browned meats/steaks, rugged non-stick, best pans I've ever owned, hands down! I love them so much, I even took one pan camping with me to use on the portable propane stove. Great performance and didn't scratch at all, even with metal spatulas. Love that oil is optional to cooking in these...a big help for those of us watching our fat intake. Food won't stick, even without oil, and even if you overcook/burn food in them; they just wipe right out with a paper towel or sponge! Clean up is SO EASY! I used to cook everything in heavy cast iron pans. No more...I'm saying goodbye to salt scrubbing and seasoning cast iron pans! Plus these Scanpans are the only non-stick brand I've found that are truly chemical free and safe/healthy to use.
