Q: Is the razor good quality what is you experience with he razor?

The razor I received would loosen as I shaved, causing the blade to shift. This caused a deep gash at one point. I discontinued using it.

The handle should twist. My fiance has a different razor, but for the 2 hes had, thats what they do.

What type of badger hairs are there.....other than that which comes from badgers? Haha. The handle is made of wood. BTW...the wood and the bristles came apart: had to use a little glue to keep them together.

Yes, it's a razor. You can shave whatever you like with it.
