Dyson Soft Fluffy Cleaner Head for Dyson V10 Models

We just got this to add to our V10 accessory line. We have been using the traditional attachments but they miss “larger” pieces on our hard survfaces. This attachment solves that issue! Even better, it doesn’t scratch the floor. #winning. Great buy - worth he price.

I've had a Dyson v11 almost since it was released. I'd never been happy with the cleaning performance on non-carpet floors. My girlfriend has a less than stellar vacuum and while trying to look up information on it I stumbled across some cordless vacuum review which mentioned fluffy head cleaners for hardwood floors. A little research and investigation and I had this on order.It's been magnificent. The normal brush head just seems to fling stuff around on my hardwood floors. This head is much better at capturing that solid debris that you can only find while walking barefoot. It catches all the cat food crumbles my cats can't seem to keep in their bowls or mouths. It picks up that errant pebble that came in attached to someone's shoe. It eats up the occasional piece of cat litter the cat had trapped in a paw and dropped one floor and 20 yards from the box.

I installed hardwood flooring in the remainder of my condo recently. Ordered this for my V10 to prevent scratching it. So far it's been great. The price is a little high but in the end it was worth it. I can vacuum ~1400 square feet of hardwood in about 20 minutes including about 20 stairs. It picks up pretty much everything on the first swipe and to this point hasn't left a scratch. If you already bought the V10, have plenty of hardwood, it's worth the investment.

The item I received was not the one on the picture or the model listed in the description. It was returned right away. Not used!

Red button to release the head broke two months after purchase. It is stuck in the down position so it is useless . Sadly i am outside of my return window as this item is defective. Should have purchased directly thru dyson, they always stand behind their products .

My initial sticker shock led me to a couple of the alternatives claiming to be equal to or better than the legitimate Dyson head, but 2 minutes into using those knock offs I was already done with them. Yes this is considerably more expensive and yes it looks similar, but they do not compare on bit. My second thought was that I paid more than a vacuum should cost in life, so why should I be cheap now! This soft roller heads is smoother on floors, quieter in operation and doesn’t squeak from any part of it. Spend the money on this because you won’t regret it one bit!

Update: Segunda vez que compro el accesorio y me envían el incorrectoThis seems to be an older version of Dyson v10 roller, I’m very upset they sent a different item than whats advertised since this isn’t a cheap accessory——Compré este producto basado en las fotos del artículo pensando que iba a ser así pero la parte de abajo es diferente, no tiene los dos rodillos afelpados, solo trae el rodillo grande bicolor. Debería tener otro de color morado en el borde, Justo como sale en la foto de Amazon. Parece ser una versión más vieja del rodillo y el vendedor está enviando un producto diferente al que están publicitando.

I love this Dyson vacuum head! It does a much better job of picking up, even the smallest pieces of dirt on time and hardwood, without any particles expelling from the back of the vacuum head as in the rug head. This is the head you want for all smooth surfaces!

Works well for cleaning hard surfaces, would recommend if your willing to pay the price of a whole vacuum on a single attachment.

Really works great on hard surfaces. Dyson should supply these with the vacuum cleaner.
