McDavid Classic Logo 425 CL Level 2 Knee Support W/ Stays & Cross Straps - Black - XX-Large

I have had to wear knee braces for over 5 YEARS.....so I feel I can say with confidence this is NOT what I had hoped for. I used to ALWAYS buy McDavid but for the last 2-3 years they have CHANGED THE STRAPS TO BE BE MUCH MUCH SHORTER and they do not work for me. I have a muscular build and firm thighs and these tab VELCRO straps would not even go around so I could fasten them! I hate this change they have made as McDavid used to be the best and only knee brace I would buy. Now I cannot find another brand anywhere near COMPARABLE. This puts me in a scary situation since I MUST wear a knee brace every single day and cannot find one that has ever fit like McDavid and for the price. PLEASE BRING BACK THE MUCH LONGER STRAPS on this brace. Lots of people I am sure cannot use this brand any more since the straps that fasten with the Velcro will NOT fit larger thighs. Such a shame. Not sure what I am going to do for an alternative.

These have worked for me very well for years. The 6 Velcro adjustments are perfect for my knee issues.I'd like to see them about 4-5" longer (about 2.5" top and bottom), but they are an excellent, off the shelf, go to, daily wear brace.Get two so you have one to wear as the other one dries out (at least clean every other day from sweat)

Great product. Supports my knee.., especially along the lateral plane. It does restrict movement slightly.., so I wear it during Tae Kwon Do training to strengthen the knees.

Short cross straps are too short and long straps too long. Have had a model 425 for years. The replacement does not meet previous design, returning product.

This product was great.Comfortable and supportive.Bought 3, one for myself, my father and brother.Everyone very pleased.

I already have one like this and this one to have a spare. My knees hurt when I ride horses, but using this, I have no pain. Love it

Firm but flexible support. True to size and better than expected. I bought two and use them for any activity.

Does exactly what it is supposed to, but constricted my movement more than was necessary for my injury
