I did have to remove them so the pup didn't get ahold of them. These are really just rawhides, I couldn't find any difference. However prior to buying these I did check to make sure they did not contain Formaldehyde which has been used previously and can be very harmful. When given to your dogs please be sure to watch them in case they chew off a chunk which could pose a choking / digestion problem.If you have a chewer I would recommend this item.Thank you for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.

Made in America as far as I could find. They don't give my dog diarrhea like the bulk rolls at walmart(from foreign country). They do have a stain to them in case you're worried about light colored carpet, but it's not very noticeable. I barley saw it in sunlight and came out with our carpet cleaner. Last a good long time. They aren't the cheap hollow chew rolls. Our 70lb heavy chewer it takes a few hours straight to get through. He's also pickey and loves the flavor on these. Our 35lb heavy chewer it takes about twice as long. But we usually only allow them about an hour and then save the rest for another day. Two thumbs. Good price for bulk flavored US brand.

These are the right size for my 95lb dog and last him quite a while (he might go through one a week, if that). I can’t attest to the taste but he seems to like them.HOWEVER- the brown color is not IN the rawhide itself, just kind of painted on it. It stains his white paws and whatever he happens to be chewing the rawhide on. I definitely won’t be buying them again.

I have a pitbull and she chews through everything really fast. These are the longest lasting dog chews I've bought and she loves them! I am a repeat buyer.

I have an eight-year-old Beagle/Shepherd rescue who loves these chews. She went pretty crazy when she tried her first one. Since then, she loves to carry it from room to room so it is handy when she's ready to get her chew on. It takes her about three days to get through one. Just a note of caution: She was able to break off a rather large shard, so supervision is highly recommended.

Usually, I buy the plain kind from Sam's and my dog loves them. They keep him quiet and busy for at least an hour. My dog loves peanut butter flavored EVERYTHING so I got these to give him some variation, even though they cost twice as much as the plain kind I usually get. Plainly speaking, these suck. First thing I noticed is he's not too keen on the flavor. If he likes something he takes it to a private corner for some one-on-one time, LOL! NOT the case with these. Its what he had so he used it. That's it. Next and most annoying: They unroll when they get slightly moist, and are not as tightly rolled as the plain kind. My dog does not want it after it unfolds. Because I've used the other kind so long, I thought this was just a fluke so I gave him a new one and the same thing happened within 15 minutes. He'd only gotten the ends wet and it unrolled! He left it just like he did the previous one. That means an entire hide is going uneaten! Just nibbled on the ends and it unrolled. I'm not giving him another one. I will not be buying this again. If it's made by the same company, why are these rolled so loosely? Waste of money! Could have had 2 bags of the plain kind at Sam's for the absorbent cost of one bag on this trash.

We got these today, almost three days before I actually expected them to arrive which was really nice. I opened the bag and gave one to my dog who is going to town on this. I have a Husky, and she get's bored easy. We used to give her busy bones to help, but the last one I got her she wasn't interested in. I gave her the last one and she took it, walked away, sat it down, and gave me the most sad look a dog can give, and husky's can be pretty expressive when they want to be. So when I saw these I decided to give it a try, especially since the price was so good. My dog LOVES these! She's chowing down on it right now as I type! Very happy with this purchase and no sad looks from the dog! Hurray!

I asked my lab and golden retriever what they thought about the new bones. They didn’t respond as they were too busy chewing them all day. My lab pup needs to chew on healthy stuff daily or I would not have furniture or trees left. They love them.
