Fresh Ashwagandha Spagyric Tincture, 2oz

What an amazing product. There are so many herbal tinctures and what not out there these days that I was hesitant to try yet another ... but boy am I glad I did! It was effective from the very first use. Took it in the evening, it helped me fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly through the night. Woke up feeling like a million bucks. It had been a long time since I'd slept so easily and woke up feeling so rested. Honestly, I don't know how I was surviving before ashwagandha. It goes everywhere with me now. I take the this tincture every night and take their "heros blend" during the day as well. If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, bad sleep, overthinking, all those things that tend to go hand-in-hand... can't recommend this enough!

Thank you for your kindness! You have no idea how grateful I am to have met you at the Farmer's Market on the day that I did. I had just come off of all of my mental health prescription meds, because my Psychiatrist had just completed a gene test, and it was discovered that meds I had been on for the last couple of years were not only not needed, but were causing adverse side effects. This tincture has been the only thing that has helped calm the side effects I was experiencing. I honestly don't know what my next move will be, medically speaking, but I am eternerally grateful for finding the calming effects this tincture has provided in the interim. I have included in the photo the Hero's Blend, because this has also been helping the headaches I was experiencing from coming off my stimulant meds I was prescrided for ADHD. I needed something to help me focus but the stimulant combined with the SNRI was causing me to become Hypo Manic. The two are helping me while I detox from these prescription meds.

I have long been familiar with Ashwaganda but what I have usually purchased is from powdered root. This stuff is grown locally and I sampled it at a farmers market. Much more potent then what I buy elsewhere. Strongly recommend for those nights where sleep or anxiety is getting in the way of sleep. Those days where I need a boost getting centered. Ashwaganda is great and especially from this grower/producer. I gave it a low rating on TASTE LOL Ashwaganda does not taste well. I take it straight but most people recommended to mix that stuff in. Honestly I love the product but Ashwaganda is a one star taste.

the instruction video said to drop this right on the tongue (from the dropper). It really really burns my mouth. must be the alcohol in it. I finally have to take it in a tiny amount of water to dilute it. Other than that it does seem to help me relax and get to sleep better. I've actually ordered a different brand of Ashwagandha without alcohol -- waiting to receive it and see it it's easier to take.

After reading Feel Better Fast and Make it Last and trying different things for my brain type, I realized me (and my entire family) have overactive amygdalas. Dr. Daniel Amen recommended this for those of us whose minds just can’t seem to give it a rest. This tincture is perfect for doses that are NEEDED and doses that are wanted. In other words, more anxious days require more ashwagandha. I wake in the middle of the night regularly, but not anymore. When I do I take 1/4 dropper and I can fall back asleep. It’s freed up my mind for so much more important things! I’m so grateful! I use this in combination with recorded affirmations and meditation for optimal efficiency. Best of luck to the stressors out there! They don’t stand a chance anymore. Oh! And my skin looks better, too!

Great company. Why? Without hesitation, they sent me another bottle as my first one was not delivered. The product itself is also a 5 star for how subtle the taste is and how efficient the product works. The calming effect is spot on. I use A bit less than suggested but that is because I’m usually sensitive.

It’s not the worst taste nor the best. Tolerable though. The jury is still out as to whether it eliminates hot flashes. They do seem to have subsided

I started researching natural anxiety stuff and this popped up. I was nervous because I'm so sensitive to everything. But from everything I read, I needed to try it. I suffer all day everyday from panic attacks. I took 1/4 of a dropper as it says, put it under my tongue, held it for about 30 seconds then swallowed it. Chased with some water. The taste wasn't bad, tasted like the earth, well, its from the earth so what do you expect. About a half hour after I took it, it made me a little crampy but I just couldn't believe it, my anxiety slowly went away, I felt tired but not tired like to sleep, just calm. It almost feels like a calm high but with no munchies or the giggles. Lol. This is amazing and I will continue to use it. It didn't give me energy but my daughter took some and she felt calm but also had some energy. Just more relaxed. I would definitely recommend. Thank you so so much. I cant wait to see what it will be like in a week or two
