Delicious and authentic!
Great taste and exactly what I had hoped for! When thinned out and put into croissants and warmed in oven, they taste like LaMadelline's Almond Croissants! Delicious since I don't live anywhere near one of those stores and makes more of them for a lot cheaper than a bakery! Yum!

Tasty, Sweet, Thick, cheaper than making homemade
Great tasting, very thick product. Very sweet. I made bear claws with it then learned how to make this myself.

Almond Paste perfect for Baking
I used this almond paste in a recipe for bear claws. They turned out wonderfully, after using this. The paste is a bit of a pain to get out of the tube wrapping it is in. Once out, it blends perfectly with other ingredients, using an electric paddle mixer. As a filling, once mixed, it will move (for example is you are baking it and have added butter). This isn't marzipan and is an ingredient to be mixed/baked into something.

Ir is wonderful!
Some of the negative reviews had me nervous but I needed this for a recipe so ordered it anyway. Well, it was fantastic. Easy to use, soft and pliable...I definitely would order again!
