Not compatible with verizon
This phone is not compatible with Verizon. When I brought it to the Verizon store they said it is not compatible even if they were to give me a sim card. Do not purchase thinking it will work with the Verizon network. Shipped in good time and the phone looked like good quality but I need to return it since it won't work with Verizon.

awesome
IT DOES NOT HAVE A CAMERA. It does not have a camera. It came without a camera. There, was that enough? Now, the review: I love it. It's the best phone I've ever had. It's so versatile and has so many functions. Best phone for a business or industrial setting. Probably gonna have it for a while.

The best phone I have had in years
The best phone I have had in years. My kids asked to see it one time and when they saw it was boring, they don't mess with it anymore. You simply cannot type as fast with the touch screen. This phone is the best they made for what it does. I am anxious to see the Mercury. It will have the android platform and with that comes the garbage that they load the phone up with.I love this phone. So much better than the fancy HTC, IPhone, Samsung. Rock on Blackberry. I think I am going to stock up on them!

2 months and already broken!
I bought this phone because my old Blackberry Classic died on me. I should've known it wasn't as it seemed because the price was too good to be true. I got the phone in March 2019 and it is May (2 months later) and now the phone already needs to be replaced! The phone is not detecting my sim card and there are no places here in Hawaii that specializes in BlackBerry repairs. To make matters worse, i can't find this phone on the market anymore. This purchase from this vendor waa a waste of money and time. I would not recommend.

Buyer beware--sold as "new" but it was used.
The seller sold this as a new Blackberry Classic but I found photos on it and at least one text before I even hooked it up. So it should be sold for half the price it was as it was used. The battery life is supposed to be great for the Classic but I think think this one was used so the battery is compromised.--another reason it should be much cheaper since the batter cannot be replaced. It takes a long time to charge and it loses most battery life before 8 hours. The cord that came with it is not recognized by my computer so it is hard to charge or sync my device with my computer. It also is very slow to start up when turned on. I still love the Hub for all my messages as well as the keyboard. It did not come with a SIM card but needs one to work with a provider. It was also very hard to get this accepted by Verizon but I finally go them to give me a SIM card and put this on my account. I had to download a user manual but there are still some features I cannot figure out--I had a Blackberry Bold and that was easier to use than the classic. It is 4G.

Just right for me...
I needed the keyboard because of crippled hands...Turns out I really like it. The BB Hub menu brings all my messages (email, text, reminders...) into one list making it very quick to check. Also, the on-off buttons on the outside are well located so I stopped pocket dialing when I tossed my Samsung.

Blackberry Classic...it is a great phone!
Everything shipped and works great. My wife's Private broke, so great time to back to BB10. Honestly, it is a well developed OS that got railroaded by the BlackBerry haters :(. The Classic is great and my wife enjoys it over the older Q10. Well worth it!
