The Case against Darwin: Why the Evidence Should Be Examined Paperback – December 1, 2002

Time to revisit this pernicious old myth and release it back into the wild.

Science is not really one of my favorite subjects to study. However, I found this to be a very easy, yet informative reading. The author did a great job in briefly explaining what Darwinian evolution is and why the theory is not as sound as many think that it is. Check it out if you want a very basic, easy to understand, introduction to the topic.

James Perloff slams the door shut on the evolution theory using scientific evidence from the works of important scholars around the world. As the book mentions, a frog is kissed and turns into a prince but this is universally understood as a silly fairy tale. When school teachers communicate a frog can evolve into a human when kissed by time, this fairy tale is now supposed to be believable. The book proves beyond a shadow of a doubt evolution is nonsense and people are made in the image of God. God bless James Perloff for writing the truth.

This was a very quick and informative read. Every educator should read this book. Perhaps if more people were aware of the facts evolution would not be the major theory taught in our schools and colleges. In my opinion evolution is satin's lie.

The emperor has no clothes. Someone had to say it, and more and more scientists are choosing science over the religion of Darwinian evolution. Many of the books exposing macro-evolution as a fraud are written by scientists, and a bit over my head; James Perloff is a superb author, and puts matters clearly, with plenty of evidence from evolutionists. Only a totally closed-minded person would fail to be disturbed at the problems with evolution and the lies our children are being fed.

Great short primer on an extremely controversial (albeit increasingly less so) topic: the untenable position of Darwinian evolution.

Evolution is a proven science. So says the Evolutionist, but is there any hard "observed proof" of the theory.In just 76 pages of reading, this book covers some of the main arguments used to support the "Theory." I did say theory, examine the arguments presented in this book. This reading past all expectations I had.It is time to change the presentation of Evolution as fact to theory. Thank you James Perloff for an outstanding presentation of the Case Against Darwin.

I bought this book for my fiancé for Christmas from Amazon. I ordered a used copy, but it was still in pretty good shape. He read it in one night! He loved it! Great way to save on purchases and I loved the option to buy a used copy, and so did he when he saw the price! :-)

James Perloff comes out of the gate like a racehorse on thorazine with a 300 pound jockey. The third sentence in the book states "Everyone knows that Evolution is fact, just like the laws of Gravity". Both Evolution and Gravity are theories. By page 14 he blames the holocaust on Darwin's theory of evolution.His scientific arguments are even weaker. He states "Darwin's theory states that fish evolved, through many intermediate steps, into human beings". That is ludicrous.He states that mutation only deletes genes, it does not add them. He then goes on to list genetic mutations, among them Down's syndrome, which is a chromosomal mutation. The fact that Down Syndrome exists invalidates his entire argument that mutation does not add genes, because Down Syndrome adds an entire chromosome's worth of genes. Then he moves on to the "what are the odds" argument which is laughably flawed.It goes without saying that he doesn't mention endosymbiosis, genetic drift, or any of the other ways to get variance besides mutation.The worst part of it is that he continually defines Evolution in terms that suit him. On Page 59 of this abominable book he claims that "The real question is whether one kind of animal (fish) can become a completely different kind of animal (mammal)." Evolution has never stated anything like this and never will.This book is a tired rehashing of garbage that creationists have banded around for decades. Save your money.

An excellent book, giving the other side to the common view that evolution has been "proved". This book shows that there are too many holes in the arguements for evolution. A well-written book.
