Great product, fast shipping, very well to work with, WORTH BUYING in my opinion
I was impressed with the size of what we got. Don’t think to many were under the max size that is listed in the discription. We had 1 little hiccup in the dilivery I contacted them right away and they responded very very quickly and we apologetic on the issue I had. I will most definitely be buying from these guys in the near future. Maybe we got lucky on the size of ours but we order from another person as well and these are hands down better and cheaper then what we received from other buyer. I bought these for my kids bday to have fun with ages 7 and 4 and they are in love with these now.

Fun
Fun. Was doubtful that geodes might be solid. Some were solid and some had nice pockets. All were white inside. I'm not providing instruction, but we had better results with a hammer and chisel-like tool like (e.g., flat head screwdriver) rather than when we just smashed one with a hammer. We've bought plenty before and this package seemed like a good deal.

Great geodes
These geodes have been great! We haven’t opened all of them yet, but so far all of them have has lots of crystals inside. Some of them take more muscle than others to open, so just be aware that if you’re doing these with kids, they might need some help to open them.

Boring
Every one but one were all the same, pretty but wish there was more of a variety, also some were a lot easier than others to break & leaves glass like pieces so be careful with small children.

Fun!
My 5 year old LOVED cracking these open and finding crystals. Some are solid and not as exciting, but the hollow sparkly ones are really exciting. Great unique favors for a birthday party!

So bummed
Many of the geodes were completely solid, unbreakable (even with a miners chisel and hammer). The others had almost no caverns. Waste of money. Try Dancing Bear instead!

Great geodes!
I bought these to use for a project with my Girl Scout troop. I had read that some might be solid inside and harder to break and some were, but nothing some 9-11 year olds with a hammer couldn't tackle! We tried putting them inside a sock to break them, but the sock shredded from the rock so we just laid them on newspaper (which also shredded, but still worked as a place to gather all the pieces). I would suggest safety glasses. I did have a pair handing around so we used them. Pieces really go flying when they break!
