Just like the picture! It is thick and soft and fluffy! The arms move up and down, they're not just stuffed arms in one direction. Very good quality. My son loved it. Honestly I do too!

Son is really into Big Hero 6 right now. Ordered it in the morning came that night. Size is as described. The arms spin around and can be set, didn't see that in the description. Soft, just as it should be. Would recommend, great for the money.

The cutest! His arms can be moved a little bit and put into different positions which is fun to play with. He's incredibly soft and great to cuddle with to sleep. A great size and good quality for the price. Would purchase again if I need another Baymax in my life!
