Size:1/4" Plastazote is a closed cell cross-linked polyethylene foam. A wide range of polymer combinations is available to give increased stiffness, improved temperature resistance, and improved moldability. Applications include footwear inserts, packaging, protective padding in contact sports, automotive, health care and building. The inert qualities of Plastazote have led to its widespread use in healthcare applications, such as orthotics and AFO interfaces. Due to the manufacturing process, we may have to trim a bit off the overall dimensions to provide a good straight edge but the sizing has a tolerance of ±3.75%.
