I have had this headset at my home office for a few months now. Really enjoy it for the sound quality and comfort, but today, the mute button on the cord failed. Miserably. I would now like to die of mortification. Otherwise, I have been very happy with my purchase.

I like this product. My dog destroyed it by racing around the room and snagging the cord only to rip the wires out of it, but the product itself was excellent and I shall buy another one shortly. What I loved about it was the others on the Zoom call said what they were hearing was a lot better than when I was on speaker on the laptop. Plugs right into the USB port, and I had no installation issues. It began to work a few seconds after I plugged it in the first time. It does have several audio control on the cord of it, but I prefer to use my laptop audio controls.I recommend this for Zoom calls.

This unit is very comfortable to wear for 12 hours. Sound quality is good and I love that I can mute the unit in addition to muting my computer. The only drawback is that it is wired. Yes, I knew that going in but this makes it hard to get up and get coffee and stretch. I am using this as a backup now after purchasing a bluetooth unit that has comparable sound quality, allows me to get coffee while still on a call AND ended up being slightly less expense.10/27/2020 UpdateI have loved using this on a daily basis with my computer. Unfortunately the unit's mike has ceased to function after 3 months of use. It is not muted either via the switch nor in the apps I have tried to use. I have tested it both via my computer's audio config as well as within Zoom. I tired it in another USB port and still nothing. Other USB devices work in both ports. I have even rebooted my computer The unit has no apparent damage. I am hoping the seller can assist.

Only had this headset for about a week. So far so good. The sound quality is good. What I like the most about this headset is that the cord is long. My last headset had a very short cord and broke after being rolled over several times by my office chair. Im working from home due to covid and had to put my CPU on the floor due to lack of space on my desk bc I have two monitors for work. As a result the old headet use dangle on the floor but this headsets cord is long enough to wrap the cord on the side of the desk and bring it over my keyboard. Beyond satisfied with my purchase.

Okay this product is a great product as far as the sound quality and mic sensitivity. However the product is not a durable piece of equipment. In just four months of having this item it started to break apart from putting it on and the removal of it. The speaker moc portion of it broke from the head bands I had to basically take it to hold it together. Very disappointing. A flaw in it's design. This happened after the metal part burst out from it's plastic housing. Again very disappointing. Other than that I really like the product. This is something that I use for work and so I need for it to better built in order for me to make another purchase from this company.

It was so simple to use I didn't even need the installation instructions. I was just able to plug it into my USB port and my PC installed it. Within seconds, I was able to make and receive calls. The audio was crystal clear; I didn't have to jack up the sound to hear the customer. I no longer get complaints about background noise. I don't have to talk super loud to be heard anymore. The cable is long enough to accommodate my sit-stand desk and I can pace around without having to worry about being yanked back to my desk. Most people are able to keep nice things but I'm clumsy as all get out. If I break this headset, I love it enough to buy another one. Best investment ever!
