It arrived at my door quickly! Is very well made. It took a little while, maybe an hour, I was cleaning house then it got warm then very warm. Until my skin was red. I took it off for a while. Then was heading out to do my 2.5 mile walk. My back was hurting again so I put it back on. Walked about a mile but it was so warm I took it off. My back felt good and my skin was warm for another hour.It is for my back for the warmth is all the way around my waist. Hoping some fat melts off while it's warming things up. I think it is a good product!

I would use this daily as I have lower back problems. The heating and snugness helped. But it was a little tight and the velco never really did hold too well. Besides not holding to well, the velcro stitching also wore out really fast.

I like this back brace but I don't feel it heats up that much, just for fun i wore it without a shirt underneath and it did get kinda warm. I don't feel any massaging action. That being said, it is a nice firn back brace that keeps its shape, My neighbor tried it one day and bought one too.

1. I had to take the largest size though my waste is not more than 32. mainly because I used it round my buttocks.2. The velcro does not hold well and needs reinforcement

Provides support and heat from magnets is good.

I was super skeptical but I have to say this thing is great. Gets very warm. Made my back feel good enough to go run.

Love it. Back pain almost gone. Feels great. Works well.
