Open the valve
This replacement pump works great.Open the valve to the Roho cushion.The valve is at the tip of the pipe.Turn the valve counterclockwise. Insert pipe into pump. Then tighten the valve when done.

amazon clerk assured me this would fit my blow up cushion it doesnt

Great little pump
I purchased another more expensive pump first and it didn’t work. Checked on Amazon and there it was. No instruction came with Roho pump so I went online and found out that the valve has to be opened before air will enter! The cushion is used in a wheelchair and the pump is perfect.
