Yes you will definitely need help. This is still a construction project. You will still need a foundation, electrical, plumbing and a crane to maneuver the unit into place depending on where you install it.

Q: Is it air conditioned?

Q: How do you hook up the toilet?

If you have installed on your property, would have to either hook up to city sewer line or tap into your existing septic system. OR you could go the gross route & install a compost toilet (that stink to holy hell) OR you could go the route I would probably go & install an incinerator toilet - though not cheap in upfront costs (but longrun for me, would be worth every penny). The only US models made run around $3k but the most beautiful & efficient ones are imported from Norway I think & run about $4k-5k but are very sleek & modern looking (not to mention have a super long track record)... beats having to install septic system/ leach fields on properties that may not be conducive

Tiny homes are supposed to be significantly smaller HOMES. Lose the RV style set up inside.

Manufacturer went way too RV inside. For that design and price just buy the tiny RV. Atleast then your RV is mobile.
