Is this tracing paper, coated or uncoated?

It has a very smooth finish and is strong yet incredibly translucent. I'm afraid I don't know what the appearance of coated as opposed to uncoated looks like. But, it is lovely paper.

can this be used for gouache painting to paint on both sides or will it deform / buckle up?

I have never tried gouache I use thus for transferring pictures . It is similar in make up to baking paper so if you have some of that at home you could try it .

Do you have logarithmic graphpaper?

No there is no logarithmic graph paper, the tracing pad consists of 40 Sheets of premium high transparency 90gsm tracing paper. Hope this helps.
