Not memory foam. It is fluff- the same stuffing that my dog pulls out of his toys!! The middle of the flat lower half of this pillow is too small to fit hands through. Must be made for child size hands. The neck pillow half also is on the small size and is flat- definitely not memory foam.I did ask the company what it was made out of, but it took them 2 weeks to answer and I purchased it before they answered. They claim the filling is a " feather fiber ", whatever that is. I found out it's dog toy fluff filling.I separated the halves, put them in small pillowcases, and use them as little pillows on the couch and bed. Good size for my dog to cuddle with.

This was a gift for an uncle who sleeps at his desk! It was a little firmer than I thought and I did think there would be more ways to sleep on it. But overall, for the price it did the job.

I like to take a short nap in the afternoon in office. This pillow provides the perfect heat support for that.
