I bought this dehydrator to dry herbs. Good features: temperature gauge and timer. Shelves can be adjusted. Problem is the shelves which are all plastic are hard to seperate when you need to check on say the third row. Also the lid is hard to get on and off. Also much smaller than I thought and always makes this noise of air blowing out. My old one doesn't make any noise, not a deal breaker, but saying. Now the sticking shelves may loosen up over time, hard to say. The temperature gauge is in "C" not "F" but they do give you a conversion scale in the directions. Again, maybe after using it more I may adjust my review. It is pretty if that counts for anything.

Works great,takes less space than all others and less noisy also,does the job perfect and can put alot in it and perfect for small family,I tried most others and found this one is the best out of all others,enough space to do alot with taking just a small space and noice is less than all others I've have tried.

I bought this to dehydrate fruit. After three days in this machine, all i had was moldy fruit. I followed the instructions included and followed an appropriate temperature setting. Possibly I received a broken machine?

Worked one time then it would no longer heat up. Garbage.
