Not full toner cartridge
The toner cartridge I just put in and it didnt even show a full cartridge of toner. Not even half -very sad for how much toner costs.

Suprised there was 100% ink in it
I was greatly surprised to discover after installation that this came with 100% of ink in it. I had been burned before with buying some others that only came with 60% or 70% of ink in them. It makes me have faith in Epson once again.

You only get 50% of the ink if that
I installed the cartridge like you're supposed to. And after my printer took it in and told me the ink levels and the black was half full. When I just replaced the cartridge!I am owed another ink cartridge this is kind of a rip off.

Just in so no problems here. I did think for $20 I was buying all the colors with the black so be careful to notice that this is only black. Doesn’t help me I already have black.

Garbage scam!!!
I have an office to run and this is the second time I was screwed over and unable to work as the product is defective! This is disgusting! Suppose to be brand new and this is all the ink it has!!?? Biggest office supply scam and I am really upset about it.

Cartridge was low on arrival
I received the black ink cartridge and the packaging appeared fine - no tampering. I installed it in my printer and my computer showed the ink cartridge to already be way below 1/2. I assumed it was just an incorrect reading from my printer so cleaned the print heads and went about my business. After printing less than 15 pages of light text (not pics or heavy dark font) I was out of ink. That proved to me that my initial reading was correct and somehow this cartridge was 3/4 empty upon receipt. Sad considering I am purchasing brand name products (or thought I was).
