Sew-link Top Fold Bottom Raw Coverstitch Binder Set for Pfaff Coverlock 3.0, 4.0 Machines

Since the Pfaff Coverlock 3.0 is essentially the same machine (Singer, Viking, Pfaff are one company), this binder perfectly fits the Singer Professional 5. I've made some tests and this binder works exactly as expected (though I do need to develop my own skills using it). Very sturdily constructed and all parts needed are included to attach to your Singer. Extremely happy with this purchase.Edit: I thought I needed to use this with needles in non-standard position for narrow cover stitch, but it was really that I hadn't quite aligned the binder correctly. So put your needles in C & D, align carefully (inner curve of fold right at guide on right of supplied foot), and off you go!

I bought this for my Huskylock S25 serger knowing that Pfaff has very similar attachments. It came in a plastic bag, not in an original packaging, which I was expected.It works well,however, the feet needed a little love push to be accepted by the grove of the foot bar. I needed to ensure that it clicked and stayed on in order to sew. The attachment plate and screws were fit like gloves and the binder works well. Although the advertisement said 10cm finish, it is a bit larger, so I need to look for a smaller size for my original expectation of finished seam.I wish that these general attachments are better made, especially the foots, because without that specific fit this purchase would have been a waste. Luckily, it worked out well so far.

The item did not work with my machine, a Pfaff 720 Quilt Expression. The bar that attached to the machine is two narrow to attach it.
