What is the warranty on this product? I used this product successively; however, one of the ends will not screw back in to the original position.

One end is reverse thread, space that out?

How does it tension ?

This acts like a turnbuckle rotate the shaft clockwise to tighten and counter clockwise to loosen. This also has quick push pins to get you close to your adjustment. If you have a large tip out I would get two, one for each end. This works great!
