Because it won't go down without a working remote, I had to get 2 boxes and tape them together in order to return it (48" x 24"). After all that, although it is under a 3 year warranty, they are only giving me a partial refund! I'm so disgusted with Amazon for allowing a company to treat their customers this way. I thought they would take care of this for me, but after talking to SIX different reps, all they did was refer me back to the seller and said they were a good company who would take care of it. I initially gave a good review, but after such shameful treatment, I just have to warn people not to trust them.
