Used it to treat my son’s shin splints and it worked great. Didn’t slip and stayed cool. Doesn’t take up too much space in the freezer.

So much better than trying to keep an ice bag on the skin. This product was affordable and wrapped easily around the shin. We only needed one pack but the advantage of having 2 is that one is on your leg and the other is in the freezer ready to switch out. Doesn't take hardly any room in the freezer. Recommend product.

This works great for my daughters shin splints

They aren't as large as they appear, nor as thick, and are meant for slender legs and basically just shin splint, and not for entire leg. The velcro straps will accommodate large legs and the straps stick together very well. The pads don't remain cold for as long as I would have liked. But are soft to the skin. I am using them as cold therapy for lower leg, for swelling and inflammation. I wanted something I could strap on, instead of always fighting with the flat kind. I would like them to be larger, though.

Perfect size and easy instructions. Good material. Does work. Please use a towel or paper towel regardless if you use cold or hot. One thing I would like to mention is that if you have wide calf’s it may be a stretch to get them on but it still works fine.

Great for injuries and sore muscles

Great for leg pains! My child gets “growing pains” at night so these are great for my child’s legs!
