Typical example of a well designed product sent to China for cheap manufacturing
As I stated, this is an example of when a company baits and switches a consumer. They present a well made product, then send off the design to maximize profit by making it CHEAP. For instance, they show a nice firm slide to remove hinge, what you get is a cheap flap of metal that when opened just falls off. I had to purchase some solid hinges to get this back, the material is flimsy, my case came bent in the box from normal shipping, it was easy to bend it back, but that's not the point. The tops and sides offer minimal impact protection, if you drop it, forget about it, gather your equipment and leave the case where it falls and learn a lesson. Does made in Ch☆☆☆ ring a bell? Heck amazon won't even allow me to type the word.As others said, its a DIY mod, but being a case, will obviously work well for some items, and less for others such as with cables needed. Usually gigs are fast and furious at the end, you're tired, want to get home and not fuss around with an equipment case, do yourself a favor, one less beer per gig and in a few months you saved enough for a firm well rounded product. Flame away, but you were warned.

Not super sturdy
This case is not as sturdy as I would have anticipated. If you accidentally dropped this while loading it into your car it would probably break open and damage all of your precious petals. Also, the inside cloth that you used to velcro your pedals too has pulled up in one corner. I can fix it myself, but the whole thing is rather flimsy. That being said, I still use it just to store pedals I'm not using at the moment.

Fits the helix LT not the helix floor
It fits the helix lt perfectly. I used an old headphone bag to put the power cord in to keep it from scratching up the pedal itself. The i/o ports will not clear without some help. I was able to use composite door shims from my local hardware store(lowes/home depot/menards) to raise it up high enough to clear. It took 2 shims superglue together to get the correct clearance, and I made 3 risers all together, So 6 shims total. I used the supplied velcro on the top and bottom of the shims but I still had to buy some velcro to add to the bottom of the pedal board. All in all it worked flawlessly and I couldn't be happier. I will update later if the case has any issues down the road, but for now it feels sturdy.

It's not the greatest material
I like the idea much more than the execution. It's made kinda flimsy and the velcro material is pretty useless, it doesn't hold much at all. I feel that if I tripped on it, it would be destroyed and it's supposed to take stage wear and tear. Cheap materials.

Fits Fracfal AX8 and FX8
All things considered, it’s a great budget case. It’s not super heavy duty but it does work well for transporting my AX8. As another reviewer stated, my AX8 also needs some shimming to clear the lip of the base for plugging in the cables, but I used some old foam blocks to gain some height. I wouldn’t trust it for touring but it does the job for easy transporting back and forth from home to practice and gigs. It has enough room inside for my AX8 and a wah or cc pedal(Dunlop or mission engineering size).

Sturdy, well built, light weight
This case is great for pedals. I use it for everyday gigs. Obviously if you were playing more proffesional setting you would need a bigger case. It's sturdy , yet light enough to haul every week. You could use for way more than just pedals as well . I would by one again

Works well but needs rubber feet.
It's pretty durable but I wish there was some rubber feet on the bottoms. I've had an issue with the black plastic covering scratching off.

Gets the job done, just not very well.
This will get your pedals from point A to B. But when you get there, they will be everywhere. Velcro provided is useless. Tried upgrading withultiple brands of Velcro, and they are better, but still don't do much. Not the best if you play out a lot.

I like it. I bought it to customize the inside.
I saw alot of good reviews and bad and what i took from them made my case badass. Some people seemed to have issues about cables and the lip of the case. I did not but i did end up raising my board for my setup. Althought i didnt need to. Im Using a helix control in the case as well as a volume footswitch. One thing i didnt like is the area where your board would attach had a glued down thin fabric material. I felt it would compromise my adhesion or possibly lift like paint so i removed it. I then used an epoxy and glued a piece of wood to the area i removed the thin fabric. After the epoxy hardened i now had a raised platform that i knew would not cause any issues in adhesion or room for wires. ( the piece of wood i used was ¼ thick. Just plywood ) now this piece of wood i attached my velcro to. I did not use the velcro supplied. Im sure it would of been more then adequate but i wanted to be certain that it would not let go so i bought a heavy duty velcro from home depot. Other then that i ripped all the padding out and repadded the entire case. Much thicker and made me feel like its safe. I will admit the original padding was thin but thats to be expected as its made for any setup leaving room. Also i love how the lid can slide off to the right and slide back on when closing. I saw someone had issues putting it back together. I found no issues in doing so in any setting.

Good Value for what it is.
It’s a basic pedal board at a great price

Missing the 5 non skid rubber pads. But now resolved. Read below.
Nice case for the price pretty much what I expected.Though it's missing the 5 non skid rubber pads. The holes for them aren't even there. Which leaves me to wonder if there's been a design change. If so. Then may I suggest that LeYin update their ad.I'll keep it anyway as I'm too lazy to send it back.Update - What can I say but "WoW!". LeYin really goes to the mat for its customers. They're now sending me a new case that fully matches the description fully of what was advertised. If this doesn't deserve and extra 2 stars, I don't know what does. LeYin's absolve in this matter should be a template for all companies. Well done LeYin!!Update 2 - Well it's been 32 days since a supposed replacement has been sent out, but alas nothing has arrived. The only thing I can conclude is that the shipping order was made but it wasn't shipped. So dissappointed. Oh well.

Flimsy materials, different hinges
Surprisingly flimsy, even for the price. I just wanted something to be able to transport pedals in the trunk of a car, and I don’t think it would last long with that purpose in mind. The real annoyance is the hinges don’t match the pictures on the listing. The ones on mine are a pain to open. I’ve started the return process, but wanted to share that little detail for prospective buyers. I would only consider it if you have a few cheap light pedals, and don’t intend to use the lid much.

A little Small
It is light and for that reason I wouldn't consider it strong. I manage to fix a Line6 HX, Wah Pedal the my wireless receiver, that's it. It come with Velcro but typical board where the velcro peels off the pedal or the bottoms arent flat so it doesnt work.
