Quality of the bag and stones is great. Bag is very sturdy, and well made with two heating options (wall or car) it's extremely convenient. I LOVE that I can enhance my house calls with a feature I could only previously offer at a brick and mortar spa/studio. My clients LOVE IT too!

love that it's portable n u can plug into your cigarette lighter to warm stones up on your way to a client n also has a plug .. I put two hand towels on top of stones when shutting the case bc if u put on your shoulder stones will shift around..I thought it would be cushioned enough to keep stones in place.

Unfortunately the heating element stopped functioning after just 3 weeks (and only a single use). Now when I plug it in, the red light on temperature indicator comes on, temperature is not adjustable, and no heat is generated. With return policy being only 30 days, it's a risky purchase if this doesn't last long.

I like the portable stone warmer. Good idea to warm up using electrical hookup before traveling, then transfer to automobile outlet when get in your car to go to destination Stones will be warm when you arrive at customer. This unit works good for me.

I’ve only used them a few times so far but I really really like them! And so does my clients. They are easy ti take for mobile massage.
