Clear sound: No Distortion. No Echo. Enhances Communication
This is the ONLY product that I have found that allows me to use a mono headphone with my cell phone, and do so free of distortion and echo. This headphone does exactly what I need for it to do, and does it well. My 89 year old mother's only complaint about receiving my call, via the use of this headphone, was that, while the sound was very clear, the signal was "too loud." I had to remind her that she could turn down the volume on her cell phone. There is no mic-volume control on this unit (only earphone volume adjustment), so I couldn't reduce the volume for her ears from my end. Then, I realized that I could move the mic boom further from my mouth (the old fashioned way). That would introduce a bit of ambient room noise from the room I was sitting in, but it would also reduce the volume she received. This mono headphone/mic unit seems to me to be a great, effective, comfortable device, with reasonable construction. Most importantly, as mentioned, it is the ONLY product that I've found that could successfully meet my requirements. I have tried 2 different 2.5" to 3.5" audio signal adapters, to adapt my older mono headphones for use with my cell phone. One of them, the "Headset Buddy," was stated to be exactly designed for my intended usage. Unfortunately, that item did induce significant echo distortion into the audio signal path, which made communication very difficult. This headphone was only slightly more expensive than the "Headset Buddy" adapter, and instead this produce is distortion free; and a pleasure to use. I'm about to order a 2nd pair, for use in a different room.

Great sound quality. Headband broke after two years, but Company replaced unit for free.
This headset broke after less than two years of occasional use. The plastic headband just does not hold up well. I had to use electrical tape to keep using it. Despite this, the sound quality, both on the receiving end and transmission, is great, so I replaced it by buying it again. I would have paid more for it if they toughened up the plastic strength, but that's, unfortunately, not the case. Be aware of the problem and note that I was careful with the unit while using it and it broke anyway.UPDATE: Callez contacted me and offered me a new phone headset, which I accepted. Apparently, their customer service reads these reviews and actually cares about their customer's satisfaction. I have updated this review based on that.

Careful of the button on the volume control
The Callez C300E1 3.5mm Cell Phone Headset Mono, Truck Driver Headsets with Noise Canceling Mic is great value for the money. I purchased this to use with work-fleet flip phone in order to be able to do data entry on the computer or take handwritten notes while on a call. The on-ear pad is comfortable enough to wear for extended periods - its certainly comfortable enough to wear even for calls 30 minutes or longer. The noise canceling seems to work as intended - people on the other end of the line can hear you clearly even when you are in a room with a bunch of folks also on calls. The one downside for me is the location of button that ends the call when pressed. It is located on one side of the volume control. Unfortunately, the volume control hangs at around the level of the sternum making it very easy to disconnect from a call if you accidentally lean against the button with your chest or your arm. So, clip it out of the way (it comes with a clip). Added bonus - it comes with an adapter to allow use of the 3.5mm jack with home phones that have a 2.5mm jack.

QUALITY headset at a great price 👍👍
Like a lot of folks, I needed a headset so I could better work from home and was tired of continually charging Bluetooth earbuds just to have them cut in and out and make you sound like you're always in the toilet. I'm a 6ft, 195lb guy and these things are surprisingly comfortable. I can wear them for a long time without it feeling too tight around my head and ears (my wife steals these and leaves me hers if I'm not on the ball and grab them first thing in the morning). A nice feature is that they have an online volume control so I can boost up that quiet and hard to understand client or vendor (another reason my wife likes them better than the $60 something headset her company sent her). They plug directly into my cell's headphones jack without use of any adapters and are quite clear sounding. The mic boom is easily adjustable and stays put. On top of that, I am told that the mic sounds fuller and richer that my Bluetooth earbuds did (or even my phone's mic) and that I no longer have that "tinny" (you live in the bathroom) sound. All in all, great headset and I'm very happy with the purchase. 🤠👍

worked well, but had no durability
I bought this set in Nov 2021. By Jan 2023 (about 13 months) it stopped working. What's important to know is that only myself, an adult, used... no kids were allowed to borrow, so it was not abused. Further, I only used it for work for about 3-4 hours a week. Also, it could be a little harsh on the head. The longest I ever wore was an hour and a half, and by the end, my head hurt. So while the sound and volume were very good, I gave it only 3 stars because I feel like it should have lasted much longer. Do not recommend.
