This was a different experience for me. I received the box first that was supposed to have 30 packets, but it only had 25. I was confused. So then a day or two later, I received another package with the 5 missing packets. I have not had this happen before. Overall it was fine and I use these packets a lot.

The package unfortunately did not come it it's original box, but rather, a storage bag. It also was was missing a total of 5 wipes.

Why show a box in the photo when it’s delivered as loose packets in a plastic bag? We have lots of medical supplies and keeping things in the box is helpful.

My preemie infant has an ileostomy. Because of the acidity of her stool and to protect her skin from her wafer, we need to put down a skin barrier. We have tried different brands and they have either not worked well for adhesion or caused her skin to redden and burn. This is the only product that we have found to be sensitive enough for her young skin. It is a sponge material that is wet enough to get the job done, but not too wet that my fingers end up sticky.
