No, they are not rubber tipped. The height of the leg is adjusted by rotating the foot at the bottom. It's threaded on the inside. A rubber foot would impair rotating the foot to adjust the height, particularly if there were a lot of weight on it.

Q: Are this legs adjustable up to 6” or more?

Yes. Mine are at 6 1/2" and look to have at least another 1 1/2"
