More Than a 3-in-1 – Great Thermal Bag and Easy to Use!
Excited to use it! I tested it for the first time and it worked well. I still need to experiment with food sizes—I think smaller pieces might work better. It’s more than just a 3-in-1 product. You can also use the thermal bag to transport food.Tips:- Bring your food to a gentle boil and let it simmer before covering it with a lid and placing it in the bag.- Use a full pot with a good seal for best results.- Try not to lift the lid while it’s cooking in the bag.- Make sure to read the instructions—don’t place a hot pot directly into the bag. A protective layer is needed between the pot and the inside of the bag.

Light and Affordable
I haven't had a chance to test this, but it is light, affordable, and it comes with a handy trivet. When I test this, I will update this review.

Wow
So simple. I made a soup in a crockpot, put it into the Dutch oven, put the Dutch oven in the bag… by the time I got up the canyon the Dutch oven itself was hot, and the soup was still steaming an hour later. Amazing.

It worked!
When my son asked me to make chili for a tailgate at his school, I wasn't sure how we would keep it warm for the almost 3 hour drive. Someone told me about this, & sent me the link, & I decided we should try it since that's exactly what this is for. I cooked the chili in the crock pot overnight, put the pot into the bag, & tied it tight. The chili cooked even more & was warmer when we set up than we we left the house with it. We were seriously impressed!

Thrilled to find this!
I really wanted to buy a Wonder Bag, but I had a super hard time figuring out how to get one since they're made in South Africa. I believe this Hungry Fan will be just as good as a Wonder Bag. I'm so glad to have found it. I haven't tried it yet. I bought it to see if I could do some off grid cooking

This Works
I use this bag for thermal cooking several times a month. Thermal cooking reduces my fuel consumption for cooking by 50-70% as well as allows me to be able to do other activities while the cooking is going on. This bag has a large enough base to fit most pans; however, that means you need to add fillers like towels, pillow, or small blankets around your smaller based pans in order to close the air spaces left. The base is also only about 1 inch thick. 2 1/2-3 inches is preferable. I found these issues were easily resolved using the extra filler as described above and by setting the bag on a puffy chair or bed while using it to cook rather than on a hard surface. The sides of the bag are well insulated and I really like the way you can fully open it to set a pan inside. I do wish the sides were a bit taller to fit deeper pans. The construction is good with the exception of the rivets. They both fell out the very first time I used it. The bag still works fine though. I really enjoy using the Stanley Camp Crock with this bag. When I use both of them together I usually only have a 6 degree per hour drop in temperature. You need to preheat the crock by filling it with hot or boiling water before putting your hot food in it. The fuller your crock or pan is, the longer it will retain heat, so that can change your outcome. I’ve made sloppy Joes in the morning and served them at a picnic 6 hours later and they were still pipping hot.
