Agree with other comments that this product causes itchiness and smarting around the eyes. Thought I would persevere for a week to see whether the condition improved, but it didn't so stopped using this. Unsure why this happened but definitely will NOT be buying again!

I have had dark circles and puffiness for years and this is the first product that has changed anything - one week's use and the area beneath my eyes looks amazing by comparison to 2 weeks ago. I have had some itching / tingling, but no redness or other reaction. I would certainly buy this again.

Absolutely love this. Very soothing and light. Immediate effect on puffiness and with a week’s twice daily use I think my dark circles are improved too! One of the few eye products I’ve found that either doesn’t dry my eye area out completely or makes the puffiness worse.

Lively packaging. Nice texture, feels lovely going on. First night I used it my eyes and surrounding area felt like they were burning and the itching - the itching!, but I chalked this up to possibly not washing my hands thoroughly enough after applying some hydrocortisone cream elsewhere on my body a short while earlier.Second night and there’s no mistaking - wit high five to ten mins of application my eye area is itchy and getting worse. Strangely I have been using another Lanoline products for the same period - a night cream with evening primrose and the rest of my face is fine, so it’s definitely just this eye serum that’s the culprit.I have never had a reaction to anything before save for the occasional bit of stinging to a strong face mask, but this is pretty intense, I will definitely be returning this product. I would add that I didn’t buy this online, I bought it in a sealed, undamaged box at TK Maxx
