You gave it 1.0 out of 5 stars for False advertising., saying that "The capsules only weigh 630-640mg total, meaning there's about 2/3 the advertised amount in each pill."But it's not per pill, it's 800mg per SERVING (which is how nutrition labels are written), which is clearly stated as TWO CAPSULES. So even using your low measurements of 630mg/per, that's 1260mg total, of which 800mg is Mucuna, and ~460 is capsule, fillers, etc.The math works, and it's an excellent product. Maybe if you took more Mucuna you wouldn't be distracted by learning about the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Update: I had a gum infection & for some reason this was not good with that, but after antibiotics & infection cleared I was able to resume taking one capsule in a.m. with no probNot sure why, but within about 10 min of taking one capsule I get palpitations. They last thru the day & occur more with walking or exertion. I had to stop. Chemically it was not good for my heart!

The directions state "two capsules ". That proved too much for me at one time. I take one in the morning, one at night to avoid shortness of breath.This is POTENT stuff!

Great supplement that gives you an extra boost in your step. If you can’t tolerate caffeine give this supplement a try. I take it daily.

In the past the Nutricost mucuna has been wonderful to help my husband walk better and freeze less. However,this last bottle I ordered contained smaller capsules with a light brown powder instead of the usual pure white powder.This new capsule was ineffective and did not help my husband walk better. He has been struggling, while I try tofind another effective mucuna. I gave the review 3 stars for the exceptional performance of the past mucuna.

THEY CHANGED THE PRODUCT WITHOUT UPDATING LABEL!!! 3RD TIME THEY DID THIS!!!THE EXTRACT LISTED ON THE INGREDIENTS OF THIS PRODUCT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A WHITE POWDER. THE MOST RECENT BATCH IS BROWN. THEY ARE FILLING THESE CAPSULES WITH RAW UNEXTTACTED POWDER IN THIS BATCH INSTEAD OF THE MORE EXPENSIVE EXTRACT. THIS IS HORRIBLE. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EFFECTS. NEVER BUYING ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM NUTRICOST AGAIN. THEY DID THIS WITH THEIR MUCUNA BACK IN 2022 AS WELL.UNFORTUNATELY ONLY SKILLED HERBALISTS OR LONG TIME MUCUNA USERS WOULD BE ABLE TO TELL.
