Recently upgraded the monitor which uses DisplayPort, which was the key point getting this KVM. The remote control / switch button is a great feature, since I hid the KVM behind the desk. I did run into an issue with the 3.5mm jack-to-jack cable that goes between the KVM and the control/switch button. Contacted support, which immediately replied with troubleshooting steps. I found my cable was bad, but as I had a space in my cable bin, I was able to resolve the issue. However, upon letting support know of this, they wanted to remediate the issue. Very good support which is hard to come by these days I feel. Review: Good for New versus older laptops - It definitely supported one laptop, but did not support an older laptop.
