Earex Advance - removes hard ear wax- prevent ear wax build up - easy squeeze bottle - 12ml

This earwax remover is probably one of the more effective ones I have tried. You can feel it working after a few seconds - it is like a fizzing sound that tickles, but is not uncomfortable. I noticed that it softened and dissolved some hardened earwax, and in the past has completely solved my blocked ear issues. Only once have I had to get my ear wax removed professionally due to these drops not working, and that was after 2 years of ear plug use so I was not surprised some £5 ear drops didn't work.One thing to keep in mind is that it is advised not to use these drops more than about twice a day for 4-5 days in a row, since the drops contain hydrogen peroxide. So if you are looking for long term use, it is best to buy olive oil based drops instead. These ones also need to be used within one month, after that period they lose effectiveness. So at most you may be able to fit 2 or 3 treatment periods, which isn't bad for the price.Regardless, the packaging is high quality, they are easy to use and offer a cheap alternative for blockage relief instead of getting your ears syringed.

no good, now gone back to olive oil in the ear again, then making an appoint to get my ear done, all this did was make me feel very dizzy, after one use.

This does help to liquify solid wax but for me has not proved to be the final solution to blockage in the ear. Ultimately I have found I have had to visit the ENT dept for expert help, although they insist you must this or similar product for at least five days prior to soften up wax before any wax extraction via expert suction or flushing.
