This fit the bill extremely well, and even with having large biceps, it was able to handle the size requirements without any issue. They did have a tendency to roll on smooth shirts however, which to their credit may be more of a fault of mine rather than any problem with the product. The problem is however that they explicitly call out its use as an Armband in addition to being a garter, so this use case is not unknown to them.
