Does this fit the Lamy Safari rollerball pen?

This is a ballpoint pen refill and not a rollerball refill. Try looking for Lamy M63 or Lamy M66

The picture on this page shows M16 M, which I thought indicated a medium point. I love the M16 B in my pen; I thought that meant broad. ?

I have been a Lamy guy for years and mostly due to the "Broad" (B) tip. Yes, You are correct, the one in your pen marked M16B is a broad tip, the one in the picture is a M16M "medium" tip. Hope that helps.
