Can I purchase a ravioli attachment for this pasta maker?

No. It's a very inexpensive machine that doesn't allow for attachments

Why cant you get water on it if it is stainless steel?

Don’t know. After use I wipe it down with damp cloth

Does it have to cut the pasta or can you roll uncut sheets?

The cutting blade attaches seperat from the roller and is used after you make the sheet of pasta. You can roll sheets the width of the roller and cut to size. You can make ravioli, lasagna, cannelloni or whatever.

Does this have mounting holes for a motor?

No, not specifically. The motors I've seen for pasta machines usually connect right in the holes where the crank handle goes. Is your motor universal? Or off a older machine? You might wanna ask the seller of the machines your looking at. They should give you a YES or NO answer to "will it work?"
