Can you use this watch when running on an indoor treadmill and indoor cycle? i hate having to use addition attachments?

Hi Anne, yes you can use the Polar Vantage V indoors when running on a treadmill or cycling on a stationary bike. The Polar Vantage V can calculate speed and distance indoors when running on a treadmill based on arm movement. If you are looking to measure speed and cadence while cycling indoors you would need a compatible speed and cadence sensor as the watch alone would not be able to calculate this data without an external sensor.

It has the most accurate HR tracker amongst all competitors. For training Polar recommend you wear the H7 or H10 chest strap which is not included with the watch
