Save your time , Buy it
Had I stumbled upon this book earlier, I would have saved all my time wasted on internet searching for abundant but conflicting information on killing this bug. This book is straight to the point, it's short and it tells you what to do right away. Moreover it's proven to work because author himself has gone through it. I was enlightened with what natural herbs, food and supplement to include to kill this vicious and elusive bug. As author has stated it may take months for one to feel better, but I already declared war against this nasty critter, everyday I'll weaken it and eventually eradicate in the course. Hopefully the light at the end of the tunnel shouldn't be far.Although, few questions surfaced to which author tactfully answered(Thanks a lot for replying to my mail):Me: You've written to starve this bug, one way is to avoid sugar of all type, and then on some pages, you went on saying to eat lot of fruits like strawberries, melons, pineapple etc. Strawberries I think are very sugary at least thats what my taste buds feels. What's the difference between fruit based sugar and refined sugar? Did you mean fruit based sugar is not consumed by that bug? That is a huge confusion for me.Mr. Oliver McPherson: Naturally occurring sugar in fruits is much different than the processed sugar which we buy at the stores which is really SUCROSE. It is sucrose (which my research revealed should be avoided), not fruits and veggies which apart from glucose and fructose also possess a bunch of vitamins, minerals and anti oxidants which can bolster the immune system which in turn produces killer T cells which suppress/ kill HP bug. So when I wrote avoid sugars what I essentially meant was avoid processed sugar.Me: In some pages, you've written to avoid spicy, fried, fatty foods and then on some other pages, you are urging folks to consume coconut oil. Coconut oil still has some sort of fat, and as per your written words it has some substance that kills bacteria, but still, did you mean coconut fat is okay to consume despite the infection?Mr. Oliver McPherson: Spicy food and fatty food have a propensity to stimulate acid which in turn is HIGHLY conducive to the growth of HP bug( think why every conventional antibiotic therapy has a PPI like omeprazole? because the HP is found to weaken in non-acidic body)Coconut oil in my research revealed had a toxic action against HP bug, and one of the chief reasons being Monolaurin which is toxic for the bug> minimum of 50 ml of coconut oil would contain 20 to 25 grams of lauric acid, which indicates that the oil is metabolized in the body to release monolaurin . So it could be used in suppressing the bug).Me: Your book has something about boycotting dairy products as these bacteria thrives on it? And then you are urging folks to eat kefir which I think is dairy product in itself?Mr. Oliver McPherson: Milk has been found ( in my research) not helpful but indeed Kefir has been found to be helpful because it contains a plethora of probiotics which are natural enemies of H P bug. With those 3 questions in my mind, I was literally confused until Mr. Oliver McPherson cleared everything. His reply was very informative and assuring. He's very generous, kind enough and out there to help folks. In this day and age, there are very few good-intentioned people left, Mr Oliver is one of 'em. I'm not trying to reveal much of his books content here but some things that I thought must have left others wondered as well. I am hoping this review of mine will equally be meaningful after they read through the book.Highly Recommended.

First I loved that he thanked Jesus Christ and wrote scriptures
First I loved that he thanked Jesus Christ and wrote scriptures, honestly that made me happy I made the purchase. I appreciated reading the book from someone who has experienced what I have. I have done research and read a couple other books and found that some of the information was duplicated which I found to be more trust worthy. After reading the book I became a little stressed because, while the book offered great information, it did not provide a plan to follow or state how long to take the supplements. Also, I was confused by which probiotic to purchase, I believe he listed 3 or more and I wasn't sure if I was to try all or just one. Were the three listed options or items to take together?I would love a sample weeks plan showing what to take, how much and when. Sample diet plan would be helpful as well. I feel a bit overwhelmed by all the information but the synopsis was helpful but did not seem to include all of the suggestions.I wanted to email the author but did not find his email address, could anyone assist with this.I appreciated the information and felt it was a kind effort from Mr. McPherson.

Fantastic resource for bad bacteria overgrowth !
First off, I thank Oliver for taking the time to put his book together so that other sufferers don't have to search all over for information. It is true that there is so much information out there that it can be overwhelming to cut it down to nuts N bolts. I bought the ebook sight unseen and read it through right away and was delighted with the information contained in it...thank you!! I came on to do a review and couldn't help notice the 1 star reviews....So, being curious, I also read through some of the reviews of people indicating that HP doesn't live in an acid environment, makes their own or loves alkalinity. I think that the bottom line with that is that this may all be true to one extent or another depending on someone's body chemistry and other things going on. I know with myself, I'm sure Ive had HP for awhile and did not know about it - maybe it was making its own environment at that time? Who knows. Then I started being more on the Ph balanced side and noticed a lot more heart burn etc and thought that was really weird in itself. Maybe the HP was ramping up its acid forming? Who knows. I do know that once I started taking manuka honey and ACV/Baking soda remedies things started helping. What I didn't do correctly was keep the protocol working longer. It was at this time that I found Oliver's book and read it and figured out what was happening. I really loved being able to check to see where I may have slipped up or was not as focused on a certain phase. If you have any type of candida or other parasite problem the same supplements will help immensely. For candida sufferers ... I did not have any problems with the manuka honey vs candida...there is a lot of controversy surrounding that issue. The trick for me was to take 1 tsp in the AM and 1 tsp in the PM but 1/2 hour AFTER I did my candida killing supplements. The amount of sugar in the honey per tsp (4g) should not be enough to trigger a candida feeding problem. I was very very infected and I did not notice any problems or additional die-off. 1 tablespoon usually runs around 12-16 grams of sugar and could be an issue if taken all at once. One more thing with Manuka is NOT put it in any hot liquid like tea...this will destroy any goodness that is in it. Manuka also has active enzymes along with the good bacteria and hot liquid destroys those properties.I will check back in a month or so after being on this protocol for 30+ days.

Very easy read and informative
I have read this book and have done some research on H. Pylori myself. Everything in this book seems reasonable and legit. Also it makes sense. I have yet to try the methods described here but will try in the near future. I am still waiting for the results of my biopsy, however, i have most of the symptoms. I was initially diagnosed with acid reflux and when the endoscopy was performed, it appeared to be h. Pylori, hence the biopsy was performed. I have been doing some natural remedies for acid reflux and have had my symptoms diminished considerably. The doctors put me on protonix and Zantac which I am not happy about and now I have worse symptoms than before.
