I purchased this thinking well we will see. One of the rings broke on first try and the company promptly sent new rings. Great company support ! Watch the video and after that you should be good to go. It takes some practice to find correct ring size at least it did for me. The length of machine is perfect for me but the diameter is snug but I work thru that. The case it comes in is very nice and can easily be put in suitcase for travel. I use both the hand pump and battery pump and the only difference to me is the speed. Since the diameter is snug for me I use the hand pump as it is slower and allows more time for adjustment. Most times it does try and pull my skin in and I need to find a way to make sure that does not happen. Other then that throw out the pills with the nasty side effects and give this a try.

It is too early for me, give me a couple of weeks. I does help me stay strong, but can't maintain it on. Even when I used the knot. But it's a good product.

I rarely review products on amazon but felt I had to for this one. I feel funny saying that this has changed my life but it truly has. My wife and I have reignited the spark in our marriage. I am now able to fill her needs physically. It has made our bond stronger and I couldn’t be more pleased that I took the time to purchase this product. If you are going back and forth on whether to make the purchase, I have to say just go ahead and get it. You will not be disappointed.

Purchased the older version in July 2019. The hand pump broke in less than a year despite rarely using it. Cheap plastic used at the handle (see picture). Battery unit also didn't last very long. It no longer provides any suction. Costly investment for a product that does't last.

Took a few days of experimenting after watching the supplied video. Seven sizes of constriction rings which maintain the blood in the penis and I determined the 15mm worked best for me. I can now hold an erection for 30 minutes and can use the device again after waiting 1 hour. Experienced no discomfort. Had previously tried the pill, and trimax penis injections. This works far better and in the long run a lot less expensive.

Great product but the silicone rings are too small, did you have bigger size?

Product came with a defect (the copper strip that provides contact between the batteries detached from the battery cover). Amazon sent a new unit within a day - GREAT customer service. There is a bit of learning involved in using the product, but it certainly does work.
