I was about ready to hire someone to dig holes for my flowers. My dirt is entirely clay and I just couldn't use my regular shovels to dig them. This shovel is amazing. The jagged edge is great but what really makes it work is that it is both tapered and jagged. It's like night and day difference using the shovel versus a regular shovel to dig the holes I need for the flowers. So if you have clay soil I highly recommend getting this shovel. I'm sure it works better in regular dirt too.

I am only 5’3” so I wanted something I could handle easily, and this fits the bill. It’s pretty light in weight but well made. The teeth really help cut through roots, if they are not too big.
