More then i hoped for
As soon as these lights arrived I ripped down my 20 year old under counter lights and installed these. I used the plastic bracket and screws to mount them. Don't tighten the screws all the way so that when you install the lights the brackets can swivel to snap the light bar in place. When you connect the wires there is a tiny raised dot that you need to match up with on the mating connector for polarity (it is a diode after all and power only flows in one direction). The remote works great and gives you many preset colors, but you will want to download the app to your phone which gives you a wider range of colors. You can even store your five of your favorites. They give you more than enough of the 3M wire holders to hide all the wires. Make sure to let that little wire with the black looking cap hang low enough to pick up signals from the remote, but with your phone it's no problem since your going through your wi-fi.I love these lights, they are so worth the money. I worried they might be cheap and crappy, but am very impressed with them, very nice quality. Very well constructed. I didn't get any instructions with them but it was easy to figure out.

They work great for me!
Got these as counter lights for my kitchen. Haven't fully installed them yet but have been using them a lot to light up the pass-through into my kitchen. So far they have been working fine and no problems with Google home integration.Setup is pretty easy as the lights are just daisy-chained together with cables. They include extension cables and a bunch of clips and adhesive strips for installing them and hiding away the wiring. You can make these lights pretty much any color you like, but the entire strip will be the same color.Only downside I have seen so far is the connectors between the lights don't have any kind of a lock, so they might come apart if bumped. You could always secure them with some tape. Also the connectors aren't polarized so you need to be careful to plug them in the right way.

Works well with Alexa
For the most part, the lights are easy to install. They are light enough that the included double-sided tape is all you need. The screws and brackets would be overkill. Plenty of clips and ties are provided for hiding the wires. The biggest obstacle on the install was that there is no thyme or reason to making the connection between lights work. There are arrows to align the female and male connectors, but when I did that only two of the six lights would work. I had to randomly reverse the connections on several, and each would produce a different combination of lights that were on or off. I finally hit a combination that had five of the six lights working. I then swapped out the light that was off with one from a second set that I had purchased. That one worked just fine. Weirdly enough, the non-functioning light worked just fine when I tried it with the second set.The connectors are very easily bent, and some of them become disconnected very easily. But included in the packaging are a bunch of replacement connectors, and I used double sided tape to mount the connections under the cabinet so that they wouldn’t come apart. My biggest disappointment is the brightness. They are nowhere close to the 20w halogen lights that are hardwired under the cabinets. I’m glad I left those in for times when I need more light. The pure white setting is not warm at all - it has that blueish tint. I have changed it to a warmer setting, but it still looks a bit off.The integration with Alexa was flawless and easy to setup. Easier than Philips Hue. Alexa is somewhat limited in terms of choosing colors, as is the included remote. You must be able to remember the odd name of colors if you want Alexa to change them. For example, the warm white I am using is called “Peru.”The lights will also flash, strobe, or fade colors in time to ambient noise or music.Overall, not a bad product, and almost the only game in town if you want Alexa functionality. In the picture, you can see these lights on the left, compared to the halogen on the right.

Great lights, WiFi controllable.
I got these for under the counter lights. The light it gives looks great. Previously I had battery operated ones that didn’t work with WiFi. This set works with WiFi using the Magic Home App. I have several other MaGic Home WiFi LED bulbs so this fit right in.It does have its own remote and you don’t need WiFi for that to work. They could make the connectors better but it wasn’t a big issue. You can chain these into a strip so that the strip acts like one light in Magic Home. I got another controller unit and power supply so I could have 2 independent strips. I don’t know how many you can chain together but I have a strip of 6 which works. This issue with the pins is that it isn’t “keyed” so it lets you put them together backwards and that will make the lights after that not come on. A little experimenting and I was able to get by that.

UPDATE AFTER 2-1/2 months of install: Everything needed to install & then some . . .
UPDATE AFTER 2-1/2 months installed. Still like ease of install, programming & voice activation with Alexa. However, very disappointed that only able to change between different shades of blue or green now. No other colors obtainable. For now, leaving turned off until holidays & then I’ll decide which lights to replace them with. This product came with everything you could possibly need to install from brackets, 2-sided tape, extension wires and spare plug/adapters. The terminals on each of the plugs are easily bent which can cause connection issues. Be prepared to have to make some adjustments. If there are questions or problems, send a note to tech support (through amazon) and their responsiveness is nothing less than amazing. It would seem they will not allow you to be dissatisfied with the product. I have had it installed and working for a little over a month and everything is working as it should, including using Alexa through the MagicHome app.
