I am so glad this popped up in my Amazon reviews. Before gifting it to my nephew a few years back I had read several pages. I LOVE this book and had forgotten the name of it. I am ordering another one this week. It makes for a wonderful gift but make sure you order one for yourself. Simple reminders of how to live in the moment.

What a great little book! It's jam packed with great advice on so many topics. I've barely scratched the surface, but already the section on worrying has helped immensely.

This is an amazing little book. I bought it in a store as a gift for my daughter-in-law and liked it so much that I ordered one for myself through Amazon. I found that every page has something to think about and a lot of it has made a difference on how I view and manage my day. Wonderful wisdom from the great philosophers and writers along with practical suggestions on how to live life mindfully.

I keep this at the office and it's very refreshing. I like the variety of ideas and activities.

It was for a gift and the person liked it! It came in perfect condition so I would recommend it.

Good coffee table book. Pick up anywhere, anytime for helpful ideas.

A lovely companion book to pop into your bag or briefcase.Beautifully illustrated throughout. I love the bright cover.with the differentseasonal birds.You can either dip into the book for inspiration or go to the specific sections.It's such a delight to leaf through the book because it is so pleasant to landon a page with full colour and pretty designs.I'll certainly be adhering to living in the moment!

I received it timely, and at a good comparable price. I have had the opportunity to refer to it, and have enjoyed using it. I really appreciate the way it is categorized. The only reason it is 3 stars for me is because I haven't used it too much to justify a higher star rating.
