This was tasty and good quality. I used mine to make pistachio buttercream and it worked very well.

The best pistachio butter
This is by far the most pistachio-y butter I’ve ever tried. I love adding it to my porridge and yogurt (or to have it on its own). It makes everything better and I will be repurchasing.It’s rather thick, but it’s just the beauty of it being made purely from nuts and there’s something satisfying about it. I wish there was more of it in the jar, but you don’t need much to really lift the flavour of anything you add it to. Since it’s very thick it’s hard to spread it on things, but if you warm it up a little there should be no problem. This is by far my new fav nut butter.

Pistachio shell parts remaining in the product
The past year I have been trialling a number of nut butter products. The problem of this one is that pistachio shells (or other hard parts) were ground along with the pistachios resulting in small hard bits that can break your teeth!Avoid!Tastes much heavy than "lightly roasted", but that is a matter of personal choice.Very expensive, but can't say I have found much cheaper alternatives and for the size of the jar it's ok for a taster size.

Really is 100% Pistachio unlike some other products which only say they are
This is a very good product. It makesa delcious dubai chocolate ingredient. Be VERY CAREFUL about the alternatives that amazon offers to this item, which state in their ingredients that they are 'pistachio'. I just bought one of these are the ACTUAL ingredients (which I had to read with a magnifying glass ) say:beet sugar, pistacjios (25%), vegetable oil (sunflower, cotton), Skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vanillin, colourant (E141) (needless to say I am sending back)This NUTURAL product is the real thing in addition to being certified Vegan - Kosher - and Sugar wise.
