I’ve always wanted to learn about and use Sai. The video explains the history of the Sai, also, the instructions are clear you must put in the time to practice to use and learn. Definitely love this purchase!

Very well thought out and produced video; hefty beautiful hunks of metal. They are a bit short and don't cover the elbows. Fun to mess around with and feel nice in the hands. I haven't smashed them into things so can't attest to the durability of finish and heat treatment, etc., but they are fun to use.

I was very impressed with this DVD. Its teaching method was easy to understand and follow. The instructions were very thorough. I bought this DVD to strengthen my arms and remind me to use good posture. This is my way of a fun exercise.

Interesting video that works for the sais.

the sai are nice but they are Japanese not Yin Yang which I should notice. The DVD is great for training showing you the basic technic. Don't get me wrong the bundle is worth the money
