My family has been using Larix Occidentalis from the Larch Tree for years. I am not saying that this is the end all for boosting and protecting your immune system, but I do feel that it helps, especially when anyone in the household is feeling ill. Then entire family takes it, including the person who is feeling ill. I add one teaspoon to some water, stir till dissolved and drink. My son says it tastes like wood and it does a little, my husband doesn't taste anything.

I love this product for keeping my immune system intact. It is great if you are traveling in tight quarters such as an airplane or on a cruise. I did not have to worry about catching a cold.
