Bad Knockoff
These things suck. Low attention to detail. Like others have said the elastic cord is too small a diameter/too lose for the spring clips so they don't really work that well at keeping tight to hold on to the steam mop. Also the shape of the pads is WAY off. I returned. Not worth.
