Herb Pharm Herbs on The Go Portable Spray: Not Now Nausea, 1 Oz

Desperately wanted this to work. I have lifelong insomnia and have a closet larger than a pharmacy filled with sleep remedies from homeopathic, herbal, Chinese medicine, sprays, essential oils, and at least 15 other types of natural remedies to help me sleep. You name it -- it is in my closet. I can get to sleep pretty well most nights without any help, but I wake up at 3:00 a.m. and then am up for the rest of the night. Doesn't matter if I hit the sack at 9:00 p.m. or 1:00 a.m. I am up at 3:00 a.m. for the day. This was approximately my 20th try at a natural remedy for insomnia and it did not work for me. I am writing this after using it for 30 days -- every night as directed. The taste is OK for me since I am used to Chinese herbs which are horrible to taste. But this did not work -- I was up at 3:15 a.m. every night -- so maybe it gave me an extra 15 minutes before I was wide awake for the day.

Herb Pharm has another winner! I rated this five stars for the formula as opposed to the delivery mechanism. I take the sprayer out and use a dropper to add it to water. The suggested use is to keep it by your bed and spray without getting up. I prefer to mix it with a little water as the spray was a bit intense for my tongue. Otherwise, the formula is great! Most sleep herbs are bitter and unpleasant. This is the best I've used so far and the flavor is decent. When I'm tossing and turning and can't get to sleep or get back to sleep, this helps do the trick. Thanks, Herb Pharm! I'm happy to be supporting a "local" company here in Oregon.

This will not replace sloppy health habits. It is very supportive when used before going out or when coming home, or at the first sign of nasal discomfort such as congestion, earache, sore throat. If used several times over the course of the day, it relieves most congestion. For people who are not used to herbs in an alcohol base, it may be uncomfortable or off putting, although it is milder than many herbal sprays..

Finally found something that actually helps me sleep. I fall asleep and most importantly, I stay asleep. Great product

This formula provides a wonderful Immunity boost. I’m not fond of the flavor at all. It’s tolerable at best. That being said, my sister actually likes the taste. As long as it helps keep me from getting every bug my grands come across, I’ll keep spraying and suffering through the flavor.

I have had issues with insomnia for years. I am totally shocked that this worked. I hate the taste but a small price for me to pay in order to sleep. I do take more than recommended but started with the recommended doze. I went up (2) squirts a night till I found the correct amount. I currently use 10. I will purchase this again

Unfortunately, this did not help at all. In fact, for the first time in years, I was up until 6 am! As for the taste, I think it has alcohol in it. It burned a little when I sprayed it in my mouth. The taste wasn't awful but the burning was a very big surprise! FYI, I do have pretty bad insomnia. MAYBE, it might help someone who doesn't have insomnia as bad.

sorry to say but it does not work with me, I try so many sprays even when I wake up at night it has zero or just little effect on me..
